How do I choose the characters I want?

How long does it take?
It usually takes about 1-2 weeks to complete creating these awesome designs, as we paint & decorate each one by hand. We use specially selected matt finish paint & all pay very close attention to detail when finishing each designs
How big are the letters?
Approximately 20cm tall
What are they made from?
Papier Mache (cardboard - so nice & lightweight)
How can I display them?
Your letters can be free standing on a shelf or window sill
What to fix them to your wall, door, pin board?
Various fixings can be used for this; Command strips, Blu-Tac, Velcro, sticky fixers, or panel pins - Sorry but fixings are not included
Packing/Shipping/Delivery:
We use green bubble wrap bags to protect each letter, these have been made from a minimum of 15% recycled materials, which you can re-use easily. Your order is then carefully wrapped in specially selected tissue paper, so perfect to gift to your little ones (or big ones). We try our best to re-use packaging where we can, but always ensure your order packed well for its safe arrival.
We are based in the UK, therefore orders are shipped standard 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery. Overseas orders are shipped via Royal Mail's standard Airmail service, which is not tracked but we find very reliable.
We can arrange Courier delivery for your special personalised order for an additional charge, please do let us know if you require a shipping upgrade
